OPRA (Options Price Reporting Authority) consolidates US options quotes and trades from all exchanges. Flow tools build their alerts on OPRA-derived data.
- OPRA is very high volume; most users get it through a vendor.
- Check whether a vendor’s feed is real-time or delayed.
